have involved the entitlement of several residential communities in the
Northern Virginia area, as well as the development of several commercial
and residential projects.
Of
particular note, Equinox has provided zoning entitlement for over 1,500
individual home sites in the Northern Virginia Market, and for over
750,000 square feet of mixed-use office, hotel and retail.
Featured Project: Villages of Piedmont II
The Villages of Piedmont II (VOPII) is a plan for the expansion of the already developed "Villages of Piedmont" community in western Prince William County.
