Equinox projects have involved the entitlement of several residential communities throughout Northern Virginia, as well as the development of several commerical and residential projects.
Of particular note, Equinox has provided zoning entitlement for over 1,500 individual homes sites in the Northern Virginia Market, and over 750,000 square feet of mixed-use office, hotel and retail.
